Tom Granger, a Catawba County native, established Granger Built Homes in 1985. Granger offers both custom and speculative homes in Hickory, NC and surrounding areas. His knowledge of the building industry, high standards for quality workmanship, honesty and dependability has given him the reputation he deserves.

He is an active member of the Home Builders Association of Hickory-Catawba Valley, serving on the Board of Directors, numerous committees and as Builder President for 1997 and 2006. In 1996 and 2007, he received "The Award of Excellence" voted on by the membership for his exemplary service to the Association, the building industry, and the community.

Tom is also a licensed Real Estate Broker. He is a member of the National Association for Realtors and MLS of Catawba Valley.

Kim joined the business in 1992. She assists customers with their plan design and interior and exterior selections. She also handles all the computer job costs, accounts receivable and payable and scheduling.
